Aluat de tarta

Ingrediente
125g faina
1 lingura mare zahar
1 lingura mare lapte
110g unt la temperatura camerei.

Se amesteca pana la omogenizare, zaharul se va mai simti cu lingura dar nu-i bai. La frigider jumatate de ora, apoi cu faina se intinde aluatul, pus in tava unsa bine cu unt, il alinti, ii vorbesti frumos, il ameninti cu furculita (adica il impungi de cateva ori), pui contragreutate (nuci, paste, fasole) si il dai la cuptorul incins juma’de ora. Simplu, nu e nici complicat, nu ai nevoie de multe ingrediente si zau ca-i bun.
