Mere coapte I

 

A venit perioada anului in care, pentru mine,  desertul de baza se rezuma la variatiuni ale marului copt. Asta e varianta rapida, mi-e-atat-de-lene/pofta-incat-voi-manca-din-tava.

Tava unsa cu unt, mere (din Vrancea, cele mai bune mere pe care le-am mancat anul asta) taiate cubulete, stafide aurii lungi, scortisoara, zahar, lamaie, nuci.  Plus cateva cubulete mici, mici de unt raspandite deasupra. La cuptor, cel putin 30 de min. E gata cand miroase toata casa a bun.

Se mananca din tava 😀
